A quick & accurate tool for predicting the sound insulation in walls, floors and ceilings.
Development on INSUL started in the 90's based on research in the USA by Ben Sharp and others. It has gradually developed into a unique tool that incorporates the best of many research papers published over the last 20 to 25 years. INSUL can be customised for particular materials (for instance a particular manufacturer's plasterboard). If you wish to purchase Zorba please contact your local distributor or email to insul@insul.co.nz The software ZORBA developed by Marshall Day Acoustics is a quick tool for predicting the absorption performance of porous systems with perforated facings.

INSUL is a program developed for predicting the sound insulation of walls, floors, ceilings and windows.
INSUL can estimate the Transmission Loss (TL) or Sound Reduction (R) in 1/3 octave bands along with weighted indices (STC or Rw) for use in sound transfer calculations. INSUL can also be used for estimating 1/3 octave band Impact Sound Pressure Levels and associated indices (IIC or Ln,w) as well as levels of rain noise.
INSUL has a simple and easy-to-use interface which can be used to quickly develop performance estimates for a diverse range of wall, floor, roof and glazing constructions.
An overview of prediction theory, comparisons to actual constructions and a demonstration version of INSUL are all available at the INSUL website.

IRIS is a powerful and user friendly measurement system for capturing and analysing room impulse responses in 3D.
The IRIS plot is at the heart of the IRIS system. Sound rays arriving at the measurement position are represented as a series of easy to identify coloured spikes, immediately after the measurement is conducted.
The IRIS plot can be used to relate sound rays to physical features of the room, observe the directional distribution of early and late sound energy, as well as identify surfaces causing problematic reflections.
dBSea
Zorba Sound Absorption Prediction Software Cracked Free
dBSea has been developed by Marshall Day Acoustics as a powerful tool for the prediction of underwater noise in a variety of environments. dBSea is ideal for the investigation of underwater acoustic problems involving single or multiple sources using solvers covering a wide frequency range.
Zorba Sound Absorption Prediction Software Cracked Version
dBSea incorporates a user friendly interface and clearly defined workflow that allow models to be quickly developed and modified. The 3D workspace allows clear visualisation of bathymetry data, noise sources and prediction results.
